A criminal charge can traumatize a child and trigger family turmoil. A sensitive approach is needed. I do my best to ensure that the charge leaves no mark on your child’s record or as little trace as possible.

Often a charge is a wake-up call. I will not minimize its seriousness and will try to help your child learn from it. If necessary to assist your child, I will refer him or her to specialized resources in the community to address the underlying causes of misconduct.

I will keep you informed about your child’s case but at the same time respect your child’s right to confidentiality.
